Am putting this one for sale with a heavy heart. Bought from a fellow forummer through a forum mod. Have enjoyed this piece for a while but have to now trim the collection. This is the father to the Tudor Black Bay today. The watch is in a fair condition considering it’s age (circa 1979 so it is about 40 years old). Watch was serviced recently. Matching tritium dial and hands. Top hat crystal with hairline scratches and a small nick on the edges. Dial not in the best condition and lume plots at 1 o’clock and 2 o’clock have flaked off. Unfortunately bezel insert was changed sometime during its life and now has a superluminova pearl. ETA 2873 movement is keeping good time. Stainless steel case, caseback and crown by Rolex has scratches and minor dings accumulated during its 40 years of life. No issues with water resistance. Comes with Tudor box, watch and bracelet. Unsure if the Tudor bracelet is original to the year or model of the watch but it has model 580 endlinks and model 9315 links (although the links are thinner). The bracelet does not come with full links hence will include the rubber strap (rubber-b style) pictured in the deal. Watch located in Kuching, Sarawak but willing to COD in KL for serious buyers (Pavilion area). Have good references in this forum. Priced at RM30,000.00 but is negotiable.
