If you travel a lot,no doubt the ExpII but as a daily wrist piece,the sub takes the vote as you can also use the bezel to time watever.I have both and wear the expII more as I travel

If you snorkling or diving more then submariner is more suitable... At its a benchmark watch for sports watch and diving time or snorkling is very useful

the Exp2 is good to 100m. recreational diving and snorkeling hardly reaches that depth.
