Its official. Seiko has discontinued the much beloved MM300 (SBDX017) after only a short 2 years production. It will definitely become an instant classic just like the Rolex SD4K. If you're eyeing on one and yet to pull the trigger, this is the time as price kept going up and stock are sold out everywhere. Enhancement over its predecessor SBDX001 are better lume, addition of Prospex "X" on the crown, use of Seiko DiaShield coating on the case/bracelet and MEMS technology for better timekeeping and less wear over time. Interestingly MM300 offers the best bang for the buck for a Grand Seiko 8L35 automatic movement sans decoration. It has power reserve of 50hours with hacking and hand winding function.
Now up for your conderation is a 99.99% perfect full complete set SBDX017. This watch has only been taken out for a quick pictures taking session before going back to its box.
