I have bought quite a number from them. Their more kvarnsjo leathers are not as good and will probably last a few months but the SAFARI version is better.

I've stopped buying with them and would prefer other brands. Maybe watchgecko or bandrbands. They're much better.

The NATO Straps from cheapestnatostraps are good though.

I'm curious, what is the main criterias for quality nato straps?

As far as I'm concerned, they're all nylons with SS buckle. Some has roller types.

Then you should try and feel the one from Tudor AD, Omega AD, Blushark, Haven Nato Straps and compare. The feel is like nylon paper bag vs the feel that you get when you touch your seat belt nylon.

In term of feel, yes. But what about durability? Are they much different?

I'm asking this because some things of daily usage e.g. leather belts, regardless of normal ones from shopping mall or designer's, they all more or less have the same lifespan from everyday wear.

In terms of feel, they're good and soft but you can feel the lack of quality compared to BandRBands or Hirsch's. It is definitely less durable and will last maybe half the lifespan or less compared to other more quality brands. Some brands that have good quality leathers will last really really long if well taken care of. The reason I prefer a better quality leather is because I like the look of used patina-ed leather.

Leather can have patina effect too? I thought those are unique for metal-based materials. Mind sharing some photos?

Bought a few pieces from cheapestnato. Quality wise definitely not there, but considering the price that you’re paying for I could let it pass. Their nato straps flare up very fast especially their holes, keepers and buckle are poorly made as it’s fitted loosely and wobbles around. Their leather straps are honestly good looking, but it’s not that comfy to wear. The leather straps would probably last you 3-6 months depending on usage. Only upside from them is that they’re cheap and they have 19mm nato straps, much harder to find.

Thanks all, I have ordered 1 leather strap size 21mm. Very hard to find and CheapNato has it with the right colour.

Waiting for the delivery for a month already. Hopefully it will reach soon.

Any recommended place to shop for high quality nylon straps?
