I thot the ADs are not allowed to take deposits or full payment ? If can, many would have done that to secure Daytonas, etc.Not in Malaysia.
Same AD was taking deposits for Daytona as last year (although in both cases, this offer was available for established customers only).
I am kicking myself for not taking advantage of that...

Anyway I'm not waiting months to get one ... just switch out the Oyster for a Jubilee (albeit not quite correct 555 end pieces) on my 16750, and I'm good to go.

Do you mean Datejust ? Coz the Jubilee doesn't really fit Day-Dates well due to its slightly different lug design.
