Lately just discovered this 3186 movement explorer preowned price increases a lot.

It's about more than 45% increase in 1 year time.

Why is that so? Any MWF shifus know the reasons?

Thanks.

Have you witnessed the Bull run in our stock market?

Once all the Blue Chips had moved up for some time, the bottom penny stocks will move subsequently. Thats the reason

Some says its was the last 5 digits sport models produced back then. Anyway, majority of sport models have increased rapidly in this few years.

Last G serial Explorer II with 3186. I prefer the look with jubilee bracelet.

I had a feeling in foreseeable near future, there will be a point where Rolex Explorer II prices will shoot up drastically like the GMTs. As people nowadays wanna get into Rolex sport model, their cheapest option will be ExpII around the range of 18K to 23K. Whereby, GMTs and Subs (16710 & 16610) their price point will be around 28K to 30K++ plus.

When the stock of Explorer II starting to dries out, the price will increase to cope with the supplies.

It's just my imaginary prediction. I might be wrong  :Laughing_on_floor:
