New Grand Seiko models
« on: June 13, 2019, 10:56:54 AM »
I'm a big fan of Grand Seiko watches and have a collection of 3 models before the major branding push with 'GS' logo on top. Now I find myself not really attracted to their latest model anymore which I felt pretty sad.. Somehow something is amiss for me. What's your thought?

Dont get why they want to change the marking to "Grand Seiko Boutique" at the back glass..

I guess Seiko is trying too hard to make GS stand out...

May be they want to make more attractive especially for youngsters.

No Doubt, GS is good quality watch. However, the resale value is bad. Too bad. My mentor taught me, if you want to start on collecting watch, start with branded pre-owned...then when you are rich enough, keep top tier range like Patek (Unopen with plastic together).

No doubt for quality, considering the long-standing history and reputation in the watch street.

Design, subjective  :Laughing_on_floor:

The first one looks okay, but don't really like the others. For now SBGC001 is my favourite in GS.
