Gd buy... 1st batch from japan right?

Some local content. Most parts still wit Mits logo. The rims and tyres are a letdown.
Other than that, its a rebadged Lancer. A homage with ori parts?

Manburg, the Omega is a Dynamic. No more in production. Should have bought the one with chrono features.

proton tuned the suspension based on the 16 inch tires...if you do not want to lose the comfort i suggest you stick to the same tire size  :)

You got a point there. Will run in and gauge the ride. The Lancer GT has 18 ins and firmer ride.

my usual ride is a Kawasaki.

If any Singaporean or Japanese tells you that they have never ridden a Kawasaki before, they would be lying.

Anyway my usual ride when I am back in Ipoh would be this old klunker... older than me ...by a month

All original paint...garaged all it's life and only 68K on the odo over 32 years... too poor to buy new car

My 2008 Accord.  :)

This car provides a very good platform to install ICE system.
You should consider this to help you endure those endless traffic jams and lonely long distance trips!!

"Quit" playing ICE already, was SQ lover, but all equipment still in my old car, not planning to build another system in this car.  :D

my hometown don't have traffic jam. so, i don't spend much time in car.  :Laughing_on_floor:

Why quit such a great hobby???
Care to share what ICE equipment you had??
I am also a SQ lover, no, fanatic!!!
I install the system into my car when it was just 2 weeks old-had to strip open the roof linings, door trims etc to instal SP.
In total the car was at the shop for more than a week before I finally got to enjoy great music in the car.

My humble setup in my old car... :)

Alpine CDA-7998R Phantom face (time correction, electronic crossover tuned)
Alpine SPR-176A Type R 2-way component set (removed crossover) /with windshield tweeter mount for better staging.
Alpine V12 MRV-F345 4 Channel Amp for front
Alpine V12 MRD-M605 Monoblock for sub
Kicker comp 15 subwoofer with sealed box
Streetwires RCA cables

WOW!! Alpine lover!!
You are running full active with the built-in crossover in the 7998, right??
You have such good equipment and I think it's a waste not to install them back into your new ride.
I am using the Alpine CDA7990 F1 Status HU, 4 channel Brax X2400.2 GE to run the front SEAS Lotus comp in front and a Class AB TRU Hammer monoblock to power the 12" SEAS Lotus sub in 1.35cu.ft sealed box.
Since the HU is a pure deck, I use the TRU F1 active crossover for the tuning.
I did all the tuning by myself.

Nice setup you have!

Yea, running full active with built in x-over.
But time i spend sit in front of computer more than sit inside my car.... lol

now i am enjoying music with headphone.

computer > dac > tube amp > Stereo speaker or headphone

Now i prefer Good music + red wine at home ;D

Haha!!! We share the same passion, music, watches and wine!!! :Dancing_banana:
And there is something you can never get from headphone-the ambience, the presence and the full power of a symphony orchestra, Tchaikovsky's 1812 Overture, for example!!!

I drive a stock 2008 honda accord.  Wanted to put some ice into it but i think the deck integration would be a mess.  So i suppose it will remain stock.
