Simple 64 years old engine

A running 64 years old MG TC 1250 cc engine. Twin SU carbs , mechanical tachometer driven by dynamo.

This is no joke.. Maintenance cost for this antique is $$$$! Parts is not easy to get right? Not those neighborhood workshop can handle this antique.. Salute

The engine is very simple to repair. Workshop manuals for the engines and carburetas are easily available. Spare parts have to be imported from overseas before starting repairs on the cars, as mechanics do not like cars occupying space in their workshops.
