GTG?
« on: February 04, 2009, 07:20:23 AM »
Hello Guys,
it has been a while since our first GTG last year December (actually not too long ago :D).

I've seen some new guys (sorry, i'm new too :D) here with some great watches/opinion/thought and I thinking should we GTG another round to do some sharing, right? Danny, Alvin and I have meet up before CNY and i guess it will be fun to meet up others too ;)

Gan, when you back? Chiew, still busy at work? How about the rest? Magpies14, Yenfoolun, Desmond, Q? Any Others?

Cheers!
SC

Scott, do u know how many (and who?) have registered in this forum? If many haven't or seldom log on, they will not aware of announcement we make. Simon, Michael, Chris and so on.... never heard of them here.

But, I would really love to meet up you guys in the very near future :) Let's make a date so that all of us can come out and spend the day talking Watches :D

Pavilion
« Reply #7 on: February 08, 2009, 04:21:16 PM »
I will still suggest Pavilion at MichelAngelo Restaurant next to La Bodega we were at. Beer at RM34 per jug and nice pizza at reasonable price.

In case we disagree with any feature of any watch and need to bet, we can walk to few watch shops nearby to confirm who is the winner. Immeadiately after that we can enjoy free beer. (I lost to Scitt once). Hahaha...  ;D

Maybe Saturday is a better option
« Reply #10 on: February 15, 2009, 01:15:07 PM »
with lighter traffic (as compared to Fri night) & parking at flatrate of RM5 at Starhill.

There will be more time for window watch-shopping before we meet say at 4 or 5 pm ?

Any other suggestions?

Yenfoolun,
Sorry to hear that your mom is unwell. I hope that she recovers soon.

Since Sunday is usually family day how about Friday then. Alvin, Scott?

Hey Foolun, sorry to hear that your mom is not well, hope she get well soon :)

I'm OK either Friday or Sunday :)

I just worry Friday maybe too rush for those who are in PJ area and usually the traffic is bad on that day  ::)

Let's reply (vote) to this topic which date you prefer and then we decide on the day :) I can always meet up with Danny or Alvin if you guys are OK on Friday... Friday is my last day working in KLCC..let's celebrate!!

Also, if foolun is free on Sunday and you will be in KL, do let me know ;)

Cheers!
