Yeah exactly mine 16610 . Any specialty for this batch?
Which year or series is your 16610? for the 14060 and 16610, there were years which did not have the rehaut engraving, and only from M series onwards, did they start to have the rehaut engraving. 16610 was produced between circa 1987 to 2010.. that's a long time, and only from circa 2007 onwards did the 16610 have engraving. So it all depends on which year your 16610 is from.
Mine is M Series year 2009. Yes it does hv the rolex exgraved in the inner ring.
Ah, ok :thumbsup:What did you mean by specialty? care to elaborate?
Nop i am asking coz i saw some thread mention about its “ rare “ . I dont know whats rare about this so asking in this thread instead . Hope to learn something
The 16610 was in production for a long time, but for those with rehaut engraving, i would not really consider it 'rare', but its certainly rarer than the those from earlier series. I feel rehaut engraving does provide some assurance of it being genuine, and off the cuff, I would say it sells easier. I'm not sure how to describe it bro, but I guess having the rehaut engraving provides layman a little bit more assurance its genuine, though some replicas and fake watches do have, but its usually more difficult to copy and perfect it. So, for sure the 16610 with rehaut engravings would command a higher value than those without. unless u are into tritium dials, but that's another issue and topic altogether.
Hope this helps?
