Provided a Panerai are selling at 15k or less.
After all 98% won't swim with their Panerai either, let alone diving.   

Patek / AP also not all using in house, many running with JLC movt.
Philippe Dufour also don't have Geneva Hallmark, even if have do you really need such level of finishing? Polished at every bevels and angles.
