Dear All, any members here driving volvo? come and share!
This brand used to be called ah pek's car. i found that ppl saying that, once volvo, forever volvo.

They got the shape right for the new line plus it comes with 5 years warranty.
But kindly of hard to pay continental car price for a China car :Laughing_on_floor:

I used to drive a 240 GLE almost 18 years ago. It was a very tough car but crude. The engine noise reminded me of a 1 ton truck but it was reliable. Most of the control buttons were as big as apple pies ;D which I really hate.

Oh!! 240 GLE, an iconic volvo classic lao pao.

i think it's still consider as swedish car? just like Lotus, nothing related to Proton except holding bigger share?

For european car, Most ppl still prefer VAG, MB, BMW?

S60 polestar version. that's another sexy sport sedan. too bad it's not available for SEA market.
It's special for Australia market only, but with tuned down version.
The concept S60 Polestar with 508hp, the australian market S60 polestar with 350hp only but with massive 500nm torque which is not too bad.

Maintainace wise how does it compared with other euro car?

Hi Gigi, not sure yet...
For Volvo, based on my sis S80, it doesn't cost much for it's maintenance. The cost should be around the same as my VW GTI.
since this is facelift model and packed with some goodies from Volvo, so, me and my sis decided to order one each.
Mine is Crystal Pearl white, she chose Ice White, same as her S80 T5.
Both XC60 loaded exactly the same option, only the color is different.
XC60 T6 R-Design
20' Ixion Rim
booster seat
premium sound
auto tailgate
sun roof
Will share more pics once i get it next week.

I used to drive an S70 and loved it to bits. Didn't have much problems with the car. Solid as solid can be. But I had to let it go...sadly, as I didn't drive it around as much as I would like to living in Hong Kong. Taking public transportation here is so much more convenient. Not many Volvo lovers here in HK as well...

Volvo for me is like a tank.................. :Laughing_on_floor: The latest Volvo is quite nice looking btw!! XC90 or S90, definitely eye catching!

Anyone has any experience with the s60? Quite a powerful car on paper. Any issues?
