A newbie looking for watch manufacturers

Hi there,

I'm looking for watch manufacturers. I am currently planning to create my own brand. And my budget is around RM50k - 100k. My question is what country is suitable? I also did some research about the manufacturers, I found that Hong Kong and Japan is quite good.

It will be very much appreciated if anyone can give me some answer.
