Nice, clean and simple. Not a daily wearer, but good if you are in a shirt and tie four days a week. Congrats on a beautiful watch.

If im not mistaken, this is the only regulator style watch by pp...that dial is just so different from the rest. I would have bought this had i enough cash lying around!!

Congrats!..

Thanks timekeeper99, and yes it is pp first regulator, and it’s dial and setup it’s different from their normal design . I think this one is younger and more casual with its blue strap but I changed mine to black to fit in the new deployant

Highly reccomended.. Good conversation over coffee, easy smooth deal in a neutral location, and the watch was in fantastic condition! What more could you need?

P/s: Thanks for the drink! Next one's on me

Up your budget a bit and with some patience  :Praying:, you could find a decent Datejust 1601 or 16013 for 7-8k ... as I did recently  ;-)

Thanks for taking time to write the review. And congratulations on the purchase!

Ive always liked JLC as a brand but so far havent found one which I really want.

Can I ask, what other watches were you considering  before going for this?

A few in selection..

Omega Aqua Terra
Omega Globemaster
IWC 7 days Auto
Glashutte Original Panomatic Luna

After long consideration, the list shortern to only either GO Panomatic Luna or JLC Master Calander..

Ive bought from Stowa online, Ebay and HQmilton. Good experiences so far (touch wood)...

What about when it reached Malaysia custom?Everything smooth?
Yeap. Pretty straightforward actually.

You can ask the seller to give u a tracking number and u can track the location of the parcel (watch) as its being delivered to you.

Once it arrives here, there will be separate bill for tax (if its not being declared as gift), which you can pay to the courier company.

Unless you buy from an individual seller, you definitely can't get away by asking the seller to declare it as gift.

Even then, it may not be worth the risk, because if customs think u are "under-declaring" or trying to avoid tax, i have heard of cases where they slap a tax amount based on their estimate of the value..which is even worse..
