Got my classic JLC Cal900 on today. Love its slim automatic movement with date function.

Have a great Raya holiday ahead. And to all our Muslim friends on MWF, Selamat Hari Raya

Thanks Terrence....its 33mm excluding the crown.

You are quite right about the diversity in my collection....was just thinking about it the other day....usually collectors try to have a theme ( diving, military, shape, year, etc) and just realize i don't have one.

I've pretty much bought watches simply for the fact I like them and it must look and feel good on my wrist. And it doesn't help much when JLC is my favorite brand, cos the diversity of the manufacture itself is one of the best in the industry.

Will share more in time.

What dress watches have you got in mind so far?

was looking at

-JLC Reverso date
-simple IWC Porto Date at 34mm
-GG Biretro

Would love to get a LUC series. but realise at 39mm with thin bezel it's still too big for a discreet dress watch. be damned, The Chopard have the loveliest calibre among those sub 5K preowned dress watches.

nice choices.....

i am of course biase towards JLC...so reverso wins for me....bcos they are just so versatile as a dress watch or casual. But maybe abit more difficult to find "cheap"

agreed on pre-owned Chopards, good value too
