As per omega Instagram, 2012 units sold out in 4 hours + , probably have to wait if any units will be released out

All sold out in a flash..

I think easily 20 units sapu by Malaysian collectors

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

no offense but i'm thinking how many are there actually reserved and will pay to buy this watch....  :P

Why not ? Is hot and sold out within 4 hours.

The local AD will be happy if they don't take up so that they can sell to their regular clients.  Many people only know about the online reservation after few hours later.. in the American forum , those from the west coast eg California.. are complaining that they are disadvantaged compare to east coast such as NY.

I think most will still take up and flip at a profit later.

i'm sure they are happy clicker just to reserve for whatever reason because they dun have to pay for it yet

soon enough if we happen to see it appear in boutique, clearly know if its a true hot cake model ....  ;D

Photo borrowed from "Speedy Tuesday " Instagram .. a picture tell a thousand word

No doubts the elusive snoppy is unique.. now asking price online is above RM50K .. only 1970 units available. The speedy Tuesday is also historical as it is the first omega LE available online and is tribute to online fans community

This round the LE distribution is more transparent .. possibility those who did not collect come summer 2017, Boutique must call the next on the list ..probably say Mr A suppose to collect at omega klcc but didn't want, so omega have to call the list of subscriber for that AD.. my guess

What I Like In The Omega Speedy Tuesday

1) It came with the leather strap

2) The back case it came out with the solid back case not the transparent back case

3) The design of the box and love the accessories

nice interpretation of Speedy. one of the best modern Speedy in the market today. Congrats to those that have pre-ordered. a bit tight on budget otherwise would love to order one as well.

The sad fact of this LE marketing exercise is that many die-hard fans will not be able to secure a watch, whilst those 'investors' with ready cash available will snap up a few to resell at a profit later... which will then directly hit the die-hard fans who end up paying a premium to own their dream watch. Very sad indeed...

Speedy Tuesday is fair.
Internet booking open to all, no vvip is able to reserve through AD or boutique.

Agreed. The VIP, premium prices strategy is truly annoying
